01Acceptance of these terms
By creating an account or using ScenePlay, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. These Terms form a binding agreement between you and ScenePlay Labs, so please read them carefully.
02Who can use ScenePlay
You must be at least 13 years old and able to form a binding contract where you live. If you use ScenePlay on behalf of an organization, you're accepting these Terms for that organization.
03Your account
You're responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your login secure. Tell us right away if you notice unauthorized use, and don't share your account with anyone else.
04Characters & content you create
The characters, scenes, and messages you make are yours. By posting them to shared spaces you give ScenePlay a limited licence to host and display that content so the app can work as intended.
05Acceptable use
Keep it kind: no harassment, hateful content, or attempts to break, scrape, or disrupt the service. We may remove content or pause accounts that put other people — or the characters — at risk.
06Credits, plans & billing
ScenePlay runs on credits, which power each scene you generate. Paid plans renew automatically until you cancel, and prices or credit costs may change with reasonable notice.
07Intellectual property
ScenePlay, its logo, and the underlying software remain the property of ScenePlay Labs. Nothing here transfers our intellectual property to you beyond the limited right to use the app.
08Privacy & data
How we handle your data is described in the Privacy Policy. In short: we collect only what we need to run the app, and we never sell your personal information.
09Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms as ScenePlay evolves. When we make material changes we'll let you know in the app, and continuing to use ScenePlay afterwards means you accept the new version.
